About Me

My name is Adam Kelly, I am a 24 year old Business Studies graduate who studied at MMU my interest in business studies revolves around both how to manage and to shape a organisation into a forward moving and flexible company, and subsequently using resources efficiently. My goal is to apply these skills within industry but is also related to my efforts in web development.

I have had a keen interest in web and software development, with particular interest in web design. In the field I have experience using most of the major programming languages however my more prominent skills are in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, AJAX & XML.

Away from web development and University I have a number of hobbies and interests which include pool, football, baseball, swimming, gym, socialising & also am an avid Manchester United supporter. Also where possible I try and get to as many live music or sporting events as I can with particular interest in festivals and Manchester United games.

Last year I had the pleasure of visiting Australia landing in Sydney and making my way up to Cairns over a 3 week period. In that time I visited many places some of the highlights being Circular Quay, Bondi Beach, The Blue Mountains, Brisbane & The Great Barrier Reef. After this I spent a week in Tokyo where I visited districts such as Shinjuku, Shinagawa, Shibuya & Ebisu. This summer I will be visiting Helsinki, Tallinn and St. Petersburg. I will then will be going to Benicassim Festival in the summer of 2010 followed by an extened trip around Europe including Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Italy & The South of France.

I am also fond of several TV shows my favourites include: House, 24, Lost, Friends, Prison Break, The Simpsons, Family Guy & The Cleveland Show.
