Profile
I am a recent MMU graduate and will be entering the full time employment in the summer of 2010, my goal is to work either within web development or as a business consultant.

BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies.

Oldham Sixth Form College (Sept 2002 - June 2004)
Achieved three A2 levels in Accounting, ICT and Business Studies.

Counthill Secondary School (Sept 2000 - June 2002)
Achieved GCSE's in English Lit, English Lang, Maths, Science, Business Studies, ICT, French, Design & Technology & P.E.

Work Experience
Ticketmaster (Dec 2007 - Mar 2009 )

My role at Ticketmaster was built on the responsibilities at Volvo, as a customer service agent I ensured that people had access to tickets for the events which they have booked. Often some of the issues would need a creative solution to ensure that the customer could gain access to the venue.

Volvo Car UK (Aug 06 - Sept 07)

I worked for Volvo for just over a year as a consultant, my role was based around discussing and resolving issues for Volvo customers who had recently purchased a new vehicle. It was my objective to both reassure and please customers by finding solutions to their issues therefore keep good relations between themselves and Volvo.

Department of Work and Pensions Temp. (6 months)

I worked for the department of work and pensions for approximately six months, in that time I worked within an office administration role. I also participated in any training courses which was available, including advanced computer use, time management training and first aid.
Skills acquired: Computer use, time management skills and first aid.

Sodexho (2001-2004)

I began employment working for Sodexho catering at the Littlewoods NDC in Shaw, Oldham. I worked there for 2 and a half years, whist working for Sodexho I moved from temporary staff to a supervisor. In this time I became familiar with responsibility & aware of customer service. Skills acquired: Team work, organisation, culinary skills and man management.
